Made another week of school and we're in the process of building a few more solar panels to put on our house so I wanted to find something quick and easy to fix for the family so that we could get back to "going green" lol!!! Here's a quick and easy recipe that you can find on my food website that takes a small twist on the traditional hamburger. Hope you enjoy!!

Monday Madness
For a change, I'm not worried about the Monday rush! I'm going to be taking the leftover chicken and shredding it to make some delicious Tossed Salad with Chicken on top! The great thing about this is that I'm not going to have to cook a thing tonight! It's already cooked - all I have to do is shred it and add it to our greens. Happy Eating everyone!!

Sunday Dinner
Tonight we enjoyed a Pork Loin Roast with potatoes and mixed veggies and Smashed Potatoes. You can find this recipe on the Easy Recipes Button on my website link to the right. This recipe is easy to prepare and you just put it all in the slow cooker and let it do all the work and you get all the praise :) The great thing about this recipe is that you can use just about any kind of meat you want and it will turn out great everytime! (chicken, roastbeef, pork loin roast , etc...) Happy eating everyone! (And healthy too!)
